STUDIO FLAT LONDON
Refurbishment of a small studio flat housed in part of the basement floor of an early Victorian terrace house.
With an area of just 20 m2 efficient, flexible planning was paramount as well as maximising storage space.
A king-size fold-down bed with a comfortable, deep mattress was incorporated to allow for the floorspace to be freed up during the day, whilst still providing a bed which was suitable for everyday use. A fully fitted kitchen with predominantly concealed, integrated appliances and compact shower room all combine to offer a flexible space for the occupants.
