STABLE BLOCK CONVERSION
to
LIVE / WORK SPACE
Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and with sensitive neighbouring issues, this conversion of a stable block with associated attached open barn was carried out from early stage negotiations with the Local Planning Authority through to the successful completion of a Live/work development.

The form of the original stable block was retained, and the single-span roofline of the large attached barn reinstated to a triple-gable design that was discovered to be the original configuration via the process of historical research.

The final accommodation comprised a generous 4-bed house with open plan living areas, with flexible workspace attached.
