PERFORMING ARTS CENTRE
A new Performing Arts and Convention Centre for the City of Busselton, Western Australia.
Following an extensive socio-demographic exercise and comparative regional venue analysis, detailed designs were prepared for a 650 Seat primary auditorium within a highly adaptable and flexible performance and event venue. Studio Evans Lane worked extensively with the Client and Stakeholders over a three year period to develop designs and secure funding. Key areas researched and developed include fully automated seating systems, Kinetic facade systems and recycled ocean plastic mesh screens.
