A Grade II listed Georgian farmhouse with a Victorian extension, where the client wishes to extend further as well as make good some of the existing fabric.
Research of the historic OS maps revealed how the arrangement of outbuildings and access to these had evolved over the years, and offered the opportunity of reinforcing a lost courtyard arrangement whilst tying in to the more recently introduced formal garden. Pre-application discussions were held with the local authority prior to the submission of a successful Planning and Listed Building consent for the development.​​​​​​​
