DEVONSHIRE ARMS HOTEL
A Grade II listed hotel, consisting of a collection of buildings from the 17th through to the 20th century. Studio Evans Lane undertook a study to review the significance of the various parts of the buildings, based on an historic analysis, and provide recommendations for refurbishment and reconfiguration to improve efficiency, accessibility, sustainability and servicing, whilst still remaining open for business.
An options study provided three viable proposals, with the preferred option being a new build fine dining restaurant to compliment the two further dining experiences within the existing structure.
