DELI BAR CLERKENWELL
One of our earliest projects, a delicatessen with associated bar and cafe.
In order to maximise the usable retail space, the basement area previously only for storage was opened up to the frontage via wide entrance steps with a bridge-link connecting the remainder of the ground floor area. The retail and takeaway delicatessen was located on this lower floor, with the cafe seating and servery inhabiting the ground floor area.
